We are a small social enterprise based in Pembrokeshire. We work closely with partners including Public Health Wales, Hywel Dda UHB and Pembrokeshire County Council to use immersive technology — combining XR, AI, breathwork, sound and film — to support better health and wellbeing outcomes. We also work with creatives and innovators from around the world to create new immersive realities — intrepidly traversing magical new realms and dimensions and helping to craft them into being. We are deeply inspired by nature. As well as creating filmed and generative experiences drawn from the natural world, we hope our work will find ways to heal not only people, but the living world we all belong to.
What We Do
The Wellspring
Ffynhonnell
A bilingual immersive wellbeing programme. A wellspring for women's health and wellbeing funded by Contracts for Innovation. Strands include mood support, pain management, CarerVR and procedural support, which is registered as an MHRA Class I Medical Device. We work with health boards, clinical and community partners to bring breath-led experiences to people in care and wellbeing settings across Wales.

How We Work
Clinically Grounded
The procedural support element of Ffynhonnell is registered as an MHRA Class I Medical Device, developed with NHS Wales and public health partners. We work with partners to build a strong foundation of regulatory and governance adherence, and to develop evaluation methods that help us understand and respond to the outcomes of our work. Our activity is co-produced with partners, and the patients and groups we serve.

We are a CIC passionate about making a positive difference through our work. We use creativity and innovation to solve problems that affect quality of life for many. Our collaborations bring together multidisciplinary teams genuinely inspired by the projects and possibilities we are developing together.
